How to Book a Session?

By clicking the “Book Now” button on our website can select the date and time that best works for you. After completing the transaction, your session will be reserved for you. Please proceed to review and sign the waiver – it will save you time when you arrive. 

When you arrive you must:

  • Provide your confirmation number
  • If you have not done so already, sign the waiver

What are the payment options?

We accept Cash, Debit, Credit, Apple Pay, Android Pay & Samsung Pay.

What kinds of games/experiences do you offer?

Eternal VR offers a wide range of single and multi-player games and experiences that will allow you to interact with the environment and be fully immersed. See our “Games & Experiences” page for more information.

How many sessions can I book?

There are 12 stations that can be booked for individual or group players. Once a station is available it can be booked for the available period. There are special rates for group booking, please check our pricing page.

Can I play/verse another person?

Absolutely! A certain selection of our games and experiences are dedicated for multiplayer experience. You will be able to see and communicate with your friends during the games within your headset. You can also verse players at other Arcades around the world.

Do you have any other games?

We are also a Board Game lounge.  Come in to see our collection of board games.

Is there an age limit?

For the VR gaming stations, we recommend that players be at least 6 years of age.

Will I be able to play if I wear glasses?

All the VR headsets are ostensibly designed to be worn over glasses, but depending on your frames and how short-sighted you are, it varies in comfort. Our headsets allow the average pair of glasses to fit comfortable. However, glasses with a height of more than 1.5 inches will require the player to wear contacts.

Note:
For prescription lens less than -3.00 and if you can see more than 3 inches away very clearly, you don’t need to wear glasses while using a VR headset. For prescription lens more than -3.00 and you can’t see clearly without glasses, we recommend that you wear contacts.

Do you accommodate walk-in customers?

Walk- in customers are welcome if there are available stations. To guarantee a VR Gaming station we highly recommend you book in advance on-line.

What if I need to cancel my bookings/Reservation?

Please call us to cancel a booking/reservation at 905-581-8475.

Cancellation Policy for Bookings/Reservations

FOR GAMES/EXPERIENCES/STATION BOOKINGS

  • Cancellations 48 hours in advance of reservation date will be given a full refund
  • Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the reservation date will be given a 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours and no shows will not be given a refund

FOR PARTIES/EVENTS BOOKINGS

  • Cancellations 2 weeks in advance will be given a full refund, less cancellation fee
  • Cancellations 7 days before party will be give a 50% refund, less cancellation fee
  • Cancellations less than 7 days and no shows will not be given a refund

All party/event booking cancellations that entails a refund are subject to $20 administrative fee.

Eternal VR reserves the right to interpret and apply this policy and to amend it without prior notice.
